Marunouchi Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. through Marunouchi Climate Tech Growth Fund L.P. (collectively “MIP”), has invested in Omnidian, Inc. (“Omnidian”), the provider of end-to-end intelligent solar asset management platform for residential and commercial asset owners.

Omnidian's proprietary AI-driven technology platform Resolv, enables the industry’s only end-to-end O&M service. Its service includes performance monitoring, issue detection, and remediation through field service dispatch, thereby improving uptime and optimizing maintenance costs for residential and commercial clients. These services enable Omnidian to deliver performance assurance for distributed renewable energy assets.

Solar panel installation in the United States has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade and is expected to see steady growth. Now, there is a growing need to increase the uptime of these assets, while optimizing O&M through efficient asset performance management. Omnidian’s Resolv enables the asset owners to maximize their assets’ performance, encounter less issues, and to have an overall improved customer experience.
